This is a month long wellness program: A little education, a little entertainment, and whole lot of self love! This challenge includes two tasks per week for four weeks, focusing on Emotional, Physical, Social, and Mental aspects of wellness. You can start any time, so don't worry about being ahead or behind. NOW is always a good time to celebrate yourself! The tools presented are things I have used in my Physical Therapy and Performing Arts Medicine training, as well as for my own personal growth and development.
